Delivery

SHIPMENT & FEES

▪  Shipment fees depend on the country of delivery.
▪  Orders are exempt VAT (value added tax) but are subject to import fees. Payment of these
    import fees is the sole responsibility of the client.
▪  IGLY-AND-NITI.COM ship worldwide with EMS does not deliver to P.O boxes.
▪  As per International laws regulating Commerce and Trade imports all 
▪  IGLY-AND-NITI.COM orders are shipped out of Tel-Aviv, Israel, with an Official Invoice

    declaring the exact total of merchandise purchased in US dollar.

SHIPMENT DATE

▪  Orders are shipped from IGLY-AND-NITI.COM in Tel-Aviv, Israel.
   Sunday – Thursday from 9:00 am - 17:30 pm
▪  Orders with items that are already available will be shipped on the first business day 
    following order completion.
▪  Orders placed Friday and Saturday will be processed on Sunday morning.
▪  IGLY-AND-NITI.COM ships worldwide using EMS EXPRESS delivery.
▪  IGLY-AND-NITI.COM shall not be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather
    conditions, International customs issues or any circumstances beyond the control of 
    IGLY-AND-NITI.COM.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

▪  When the order is shipped, Clients receive an E-mail from IGLY-AND-NITI.COM
    specifying the tracking number and direct link to monitor the shipment status.
▪  In the event of delays in Customs, Clients will be notified directly by the courier
   and/or IGLY-AND-NITI.COM.


INSURANCE

▪  IGLY-AND-NITI.COM insures each purchase during the time it is in transit until
    it delivered to you.
▪  
We require a signature for any goods delivered, at which point responsibility for your
    purchased goods passes to you.
▪  
If you have specified a recipient who is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift)
    then you accept that evidence of a signature by them.
▪  
(or at that delivery address) is evidence of delivery and fulfillment by IGLY-AND-NITI.COM
    and transfer of responsibility in the same way.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

▪  Before we can dispatch your purchases, we may need to confirm your details with your
    card issuer. 
We will do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
▪  
Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 24-hour period,
    where your items will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse.
    Please note this can take longer during our sale periods when it may take up to 48 hours for
    shipments to be dispatched.
▪  
We work closely with our shipping partner to minimize the potential of custom delays on our
    international customers.
